1. STRESS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO US

Our body has a way of reacting to everything and stress is a common reaction to particular things that happen to us. But does it have to be that way? Not necessarily...You can choose how to react to certain things. Train your mind to be stress-free.

2. MEDITATE

Meditation can change how you think and process things. It can change your brain structure entirely in but a couple of weeks. Meditation can increase the grey matter that is part of our brains which are associated with learning. Train, meditate. 

3. LOOK WITHIN YOURSELF

Stop wasting your time with outside sources. Look within yourself. You are the healer that you have been looking for all along. Find your own courage and love yourself completely. 

4. FIND HAPPINESS

Happiness can be identified as "anything that makes you happy." Once you have identified that activity - no matter what it is - you can begin to focus your mind on it so that your life is predetermined to do more of that

5. IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS

Enjoy things as simple as eating light, talking less and listening more, turning off the television and going outdoors to enjoy nature and get some sun, all this could bring more joy to your life

6. STAY POSITIVE

Positive reflections, affirmations, and mantras can play an important role in happiness, just like a gratitude journal, and look for reasons to laugh and express oneself creatively

7. REINFORCEMENT

Write down the things that give you a sense of pleasure and happiness, and check the list regularly, that will be a reminder telling you to take some time to do those simple little things that reinforce the belief that life is good.
